ArrowFM has developed our Reconciliation Action Plan with assistance from Reconciliation Australia and the local Indigenous community. Our RAP aims to build relationships within the Australian Indigenous community, show respect to the local Indigenous people and their land on whom we live and work, and improve opportunities for Indigenous people to find meaningful work. We are the third Supply Nation business to have a RAP.
In a tangible sense, this means that we will always give preference to employing Indigenous Australians, we give our staff time off for cultural events (such as the Imparja cup, where our MD Djali was part of the 2016 winning team), we prefer to work with other Supply Nation businesses (approximately 15% of our suppliers/subcontractors are Supply Nation certified) and we communicate and inform our employees and subcontractors about the First Peoples of Australia.

Our vision is to create a strong, supportive, culturally aware community involving all Australians that increases opportunities for Indigenous people.
Although we are only a new company, we have already supported the following charities:
- Hands Across Canberra
- The Indigenous Marathon Project
- The Smith Family Wagga Aboriginal Girls Program
- Cricket ACT
