ArrowFM is a one-stop-shop
for all commercial facilities management services

Along with our commercial electrical maintenance services, we’re working to become the nation’s preferred Supply Nation Certified provider of facilities management services.

We achieve quality outcomes through:

We are based in Canberra and offer national services with standardised outcomes that are locally delivered. We have vetted subcontractors across Australia.

Our Indigenous commitment

As a company that is majority owned by an Aboriginal Australian, Djali Bloomfield, we believe in creating a strong, supportive, culturally aware community involving all Australians and to increase opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We are delivering on this vision by:

  • providing apprenticeships for Indigenous employees
  • providing opportunities for office staff to develop their skills
  • provide opportunities for school students to undertake work experience

Indigenous procurement

Our business structure allows us to funnel government funds to small, rural businesses that wouldn’t otherwise be able to tender for or receive government funds. We believe this is the true intent of the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) – so government funds can economically empower Indigenous communities.

More than 15% of our subcontractors and suppliers are Supply Nation Registered or Certified, including our recruitment and workwear providers, and both rural and metropolitan subcontractors.

2013

  • ArrowFM established by Djali in partnership with his cousin Brendan Read from Affinity Electrical Technologies

2015

  • ArrowFM certified as a Supply Nation Supplier
  • ArrowFM expands and creates a national facilities management business
  • ArrowFM signs contracts with several government agencies and tier 1 companies
  • ArrowFM is accepted as a corporate member into the Australian Institute of Project Management 

2016

  • ArrowFM has over 100 subcontractors, the majority of which are local small businesses, and over 15% are Indigenous businesses.
  • ArrowFM is listed as a Finalist in the Supply Nation Connect awards for Registered Supplier of the Year
  • ArrowFM is listed as a Finalist for Business of the Year at the ACT NAIDOC Awards
  • ArrowFM Managing Director is listed as a finalist for Mr NAIDOC at the ACT NAIDOC Awards
  • ArrowFM starts self-delivering electrical services within the ACT and NSW

2017

  • ArrowFM Managing Director is a finalist for Young Indigenous Entrepreneur at Supply Nation Connect
  • ArrowFM sponsors Mothers Day Classic Fun Run in the ACT

2018

  • ArrowFM team members attend cultural awareness training
  • ArrowFM sponsors Mothers Day Classic Fun Run in the ACT
  • ArrowFM Managing Director is a finalist for Young Indigenous Entrepreneur at Supply Nation Connect
  • ArrowFM relocates to a new custom office space in Mitchell

2019

  • ArrowFM takes on more complex projects and expands staff

Certifications

Everyone in the management team at ArrowFM has an electrical licence.

ArrowFM is a Supply Nation certified Indigenous business.
