Djali is the founder and managing director of ArrowFM.

He is a proud Wiradjuri man who has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial electrical industry. During this time, he worked as a licensed electrician across data centres around the ACT, including the CDC network, where he became an expert in CREMS.

His passion and enthusiasm for ArrowFM is only rivalled by his love of cricket, which he plays at a representative level for ACT Comets. He is committed to providing outstanding customer service and building ArrowFM in order to provide opportunities for Indigenous people.

Steve has been working within in the electrical industry for over 25 years. During this period, he has obtained extensive knowledge of all customer needs within the electrical industry.

Steve manages the commercial maintenance team, which undertakes works for numerous private and government clients.

Prior to joining ArrowFM, Steve was an electrical service manager at O’Donnell Griffin, one of Australia’s largest national electrical companies. During this period he managed teams that provided 24 hour, 7 day emergency assistance to such customers as SingTel Optus, Telstra, Vodaphone, Department of Treasury, Department of Finance, Taxation, Stocklands, ABC, Broadcast Australia, and Department of Defence.

Stephen has over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry and has worked all over the world completing projects for the Australian Government.

More recently Stephen has run the maintenance team who completed works for large federal government departments like Department of Home Affairs and CSIRO as well as large corporates including Woolworths, University of Canberra, and Vodafone and Optus phone shelters.

Stephen manages projects and planned maintenance while providing field support when needed to our team of trade staff.
